Returns Policy We offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with any our products, then you may contact us within 30 days of receipt for a returns number. For goods purchased between 1st November and 10th December, the 30 day period is extended, so that Christmas presents may be returned or exchanged up until 10th January.
Under no circumstances should goods be returned without a returns number. Most of our goods are relatively high value items; and responsibility for them remains with the customer until they are returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION to us. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. When we issue a returns number, we shall advise you of the return address and any necessary customs documentation.
If goods are returned to us showing signs of wear, we are unable to give you a refund. 'Signs of wear' include creased uppers or marked soles. We strongly recommend that you try any shoes or boots on a carpet, as it takes very little to scuff the soles on a new pair.
