Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple. When you find a pair of shoes or accessory that you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. This will add the item to your shopping basket and straight away you will be able to see the contents of your shopping basket. This will also add a "cookie" to your PC. This cookie only stores details of the items that you have selected and contains no personal information. If you have set your site to deny all cookies then you will not be able to shop online at (In these circumstances you can always place an order by telephone).

You then have three choices. You can amend the contents in your basket (delete items or adjust quantities), continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.

You can reach the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on the top of any page. If you change your mind, the shopping basket will allow you to remove or change the quantity of any product you have added. If you run out of time, your basket will be saved – in fact, as long as you use the same computer, the contents of your basket will be saved until you either clear them or complete your purchase.

Shipping And Handling Within the UK we ship by Royal Mail or UPS to most areas of the mainland UK; and by Royal Mail to the Islands, Northern Ireland and some remote areas of Scotland. However, you may choose to pay a surcharge to have urgent orders sent by an alternative method.

Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch shoes within 1-2 business days to arrive with you the day following despatch. International orders are generally received in under a week but air mail orders to the other side of the world may take a couple of days longer. If goods are out of stock, we shall so advise you together with the anticipated replenishment date.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy We offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with any our products, then you may contact us within 30 days of receipt for a returns number. For goods purchased between 1st November and 10th December, the 30 day period is extended, so that Christmas presents may be returned or exchanged up until 10th January.

Under no circumstances should goods be returned without a returns number. Most of our goods are high value items and responsibility for them remains with the customer until they are returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION to us. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. When we issue a return number, we shall advise you of the return address and any necessary customs documentation.

If goods are returned to us showing signs of wear, we are unable to give you a refund. We strongly recommend that you try any shoes or boots on a carpet, as it takes very little to scuff the soles on a new pair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
